The Space
Welcome to Tanager Villa, a newly renovated tropical haven offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and privacy. This expansive villa accommodates up to 12 guests and features beautifully designed, air-conditioned bedrooms with panoramic views of both the rainforest and ocean.
Main House
The main house (fully Air-Conditioned)is designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, with an open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen. The spacious sundeck features a sparkling swimming pool, perfect for lounging while taking in the spectacular ocean views.
On the second floor, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Two of these bedrooms offer sweeping ocean views, while the third enjoys a peaceful view of the surrounding rainforest.
Separate Suite
Below the main house is a private, separate 2-bedroom suite, housing the 4th and 5th bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The suite also includes an additional common area, ideal for extra relaxation and privacy.
Anexo Building
For the ultimate in seclusion, the 6th bedroom is located across from the main house in a private Anexo building. This bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private balcony with panoramic ocean views.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
TRAVEL PROTECTION/TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Manuel Antonio Estates does not offer travel protection. You may purchase travel protection separately.
DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS: You are required to provide a credit card as a guarantee on your check in date. The property and contents are to be left in undamaged condition. Any damages found that were not previously there, will be charged to you. Damages found to have occurred during the rental stay will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file. In case the cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit, the tenant will be responsible to pay the additional amount within a period of 14 days.

Rules
No parties or events are allowed at any of the properties.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.
Overnight visitors must be reserved and extra guest fees may apply.
The max occupancy of a property may never be exceeded.
Extra guests must be approved by the management prior to check in.
Quiet time is 10pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day.
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors.
Please turn off the ACs and lights every time you leave the house.
Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children.
Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
