Our Studio Cozy Eco Condos is the perfect vacation get-away for 1 to 2 persons, offering a lush, green, tropical view, a sunny and spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, AC and ceiling fans, a queen bed and a single bathroom.
The apartment is located in a modern style building and have a round-the-clock security guard, plenty of on-site parking, along with a nice swimming pool and barbecue, located on the pool's deck.
The apartments are at a 5-10 minute walking distance to downtown Quepos where you will find local grocery stores, fruit markets, clothing boutiques, banks, pharmacies, and much more. They are also located at only a few kilometers (10 minute bus or cab ride) away from beautiful sandy beaches and the Manuel Antonio National Park.

Hiking in the National Park, Fishing, Surfing, Catamaran & Dolphin Watching, Snorkeling, Zip Lining, ATVing, Horseback Riding, White Water Rafting, Waterfall Rappelling, Sky Diving, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Tennis, Gym. Restaurants & Grocery Stores are within a 0.5-2 mile range, all accessible on foot, by bus or taxi.
Each condo is rented entirely private, only the pool & BBQ area are shared, as well as the laundry room.
Our onsite Raindrop Spa is just at the bottom of the hill.
All areas of our gated community including trails & the waterfall (which drys out between Jan-Apr)
Our office is 300m away, above the spa, and open every day 7am to 4pm or 6pm. You can swing by with questions any time, or just give us a call from your apartment (phone calls are free!). You will also have our cell numbers in case you need to contact us after we close the office.
We can help you book transportation throughout the country, local tours or help with restaurant reservations or general info on the area.

Our condos are conveniently located within walking distance from the town of Quepos (5-10 minutes) where there are restaurants, grocery stores, shops, the farmers market on Fridays, nightlife etc. From Quepos there is about a 3 mile road that runs through the rainforest mountain down to the beach/park. Buses run every 15 minutes (50 cents) and the bus stop is right outside the front gate (2 minutes). Taxis are also available 24/7, plus all tours & activities include round trip transportation from our condos.
Weekly housekeeping services are included and laundry services are available on the premises for a minimal extra cost.
Please note: There are steps to ALL units from the parking area, as the building is on a hillside.
There is a short (30 meters) but steep hill to climb up (for those who don't rent a car), so please be aware.

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Additional rules:
- Quiet time is 8pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day.
- Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.
- Overnight visitors must be reserved and extra guest fees may apply.
- The max occupancy of a property may never be exceeded.
- Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors.
- Please turn off the ACs and lights every time you leave the house.
- Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children.
- Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
