The Casa Macaw is a modern 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home, located within the private gated community of Manuel Antonio Estates.
This villa encompasses a spacious, fully furnished kitchen with all new home equipment, an outsized dwelling and eating area, 50Mbps internet (ethernet & Wi-Fi via fiber optic) and cable TV in all rooms, and an air conditioned common area.
This stunning residence can accommodate up to 4 visitors and is a ideally suited for a one household or two couples as a more cost-effective different option compared to many bigger properties locally:
There is a king bed in the master bedroom (with en-suite bath), a queen bed in the second bedroom (also with en-suite bath). We can provide you with an extra small single bed for a child upon request.
Guests at Casa Macaw are greeted with spectacular mountain views as well as the surrounding rain forest.
The main living area opens up onto a large covered veranda that is great for an evening dinner or glass of wine. The large windows in this home make it ideal to observe all the wildlife in the rain forest including the daily visits from the families of Squirrel and White Faced monkeys that inhabit this wonderful community. Teak wood walls and floors make this home one of the most unique homes in the area. The baths have large custom showers and the Air Conditioned bedrooms are very spacious. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and TV and the other has a queen bed and a TV, with its own access to the large covered veranda. Casa Macaw has check in and check out cleaning included, and additional mid stay cleanings can be arranged upon request for free. Also included is concierge service.
You can have pizza, fresh ceviche and even wine delivered to your door on those nights you prefer not to go out.
Walk to the local gym for a morning workout or into the town of Quepos for shopping, or hike the miles of trails in the back of the property to our own waterfall with swimming hole!
The community is less than a mile from the new World Class Marina village as well as the weekend farmers market. This exquisite home is located within the exclusive gates of Manuel Antonio Estates. With lush green areas that cover a large portion of the grounds. We have 4 miles of hiking trails and look out points as well as our onsite waterfall El Salto.
Manuel Antonio Estates offers 24 hour private security as well as onsite reception which can arrange your Manuel Antonio park adventure tours or give recommendations for Manuel Antonio & Quepos restaurants.
Guests can also visit the Raindrop Spa, a beautifully appointed day spa with outdoor gardens where they can relax while receiving one of our many luxurious Spa treatments."

The rates will vary for larger groups - base rates apply for 1 or 2 guests, and there is an extra guest fee for the 3rd and 4th (or 5th) guest. Please inquire for available discounts for weekly stays or if you travel with 2 small children, then we may be able to adjust the extra guest fee for you.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Once a reservation has been confirmed by payment and you are unable to fulfill your obligation to occupy Rental Property, Manuel Antonio Estates must be notified as soon as possible. We require all cancellations be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds would be issued a maximum of 14 day after your original check out date. Covid-19 related cancellations: After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please consider purchasing trip protection to cover cancellations outside the grace period.
TRAVEL PROTECTION/TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Manuel Antonio Estates does not offer travel protection. You may purchase travel protection separately.

Rules
House Rules
No parties or events are allowed at any of the properties. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. Overnight visitors must be reserved and extra guest fees may apply. The max occupancy of a property may never be exceeded. Extra guests must be approved by the management prior to check in. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors. Please turn off the ACs and lights when not in the rooms. Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children. Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
