Gorgeous views of the surrounding rainforest and the Pacific Ocean below, as well as daily wildlife visits, are the highlights of this beautiful villa.
Tanager Villa is our largest private vacation rental and can host groups of up to 10 guests in air-conditioned bedrooms. This tropical villa is perfect for special events or a relaxing & memorable vacation with friends and family.
The main house of Tanager Villa consists of a spacious living & dining area and a large, modern kitchen, all of which connect to the sundeck with a beautiful swimming pool with ocean views.
The 3 main bedrooms are accesible from this floor and are located on the second floor, two of which overlook the beautiful ocean, and the third bedroom has views of the luscious rain forest that surrounds the property.
Below the main house is a separate 2-bedroom suite which hosts the 4th and 5th bedrooms as well as a small living area, balcony and kitchenette.
Tanager Villa is equipped with cable TV, high speed fiber optic internet, phone and all of the kitchen amenities you may need.

- Deep disinfectant cleaning before every check in. Additional free cleanings are available upon request once or twice a week to keep contact at a minimum. All our staff members wear gloves during cleaning and we request our guests to enjoy the pool or our hiking trails during the cleaning for their added safety.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
TRAVEL PROTECTION/TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Manuel Antonio Estates does not offer travel protection. You may purchase travel protection separately.
DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS: You are required to provide a credit card as a guarantee on your check in date. The property and contents are to be left in undamaged condition. Any damages found that were not previously there, will be charged to you. Damages found to have occurred during the rental stay will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file. In case the cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit, the tenant will be responsible to pay the additional amount within a period of 14 days.

Rules
No parties or events are allowed at any of the properties.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.
Overnight visitors must be reserved and extra guest fees may apply.
The max occupancy of a property may never be exceeded.
Extra guests must be approved by the management prior to check in.
Quiet time is 10pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day.
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors.
Please turn off the ACs and lights every time you leave the house.
Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children.
Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
